| First and foremost; I am a dork (at least according to my husband because of the fact that I love elves and every other kind of fantasy creature!). I am (obviously) married and our only child is a crazy boy/cat. I first started making chainmaille jewelry in January of '09 while I was on a "sabbatical" from my job due to a broken foot. I have made other kinds jewelry for a long time and was very into seed bead weaving for quite a while. I think I just love to do things that consume lots of time, frustrate the hell out of me, and that cause considerable amounts of cramping in my hands. It's worth it however for the sense of accomplishment that I get when I actually sell something. Some of my work is for sale at my website. BTW...in case anyone is interested...Onagh is pronounced oo-na and is the consort to King of the Irish fae. |
